“Throw” Yourself into a pottery lesson

Beginners can expect to throw two small bowls. Sign-up for your 90-minute lesson and get your hands dirty. After your initial lesson with Rae Holton, a local ceramic artist you will be able to purchase 25 lbs of clay for your own wheel time use and a clay kit that has everything you need to get started.
10:30-12. Youth wheel class, Ages 6 -13 can learn to use the wheel. Classes dedicated to teaching youth the art of hands-on learning.
12:30-2 pm – Adult beginner Pottery wheel lesson for those with no or little experience.
2:30-4 Intermediate pottery lesson – students who have experience on the wheel and are able to center on their own. After this lesson potters are welcome to book time on the wheel at a discounted rate of $20 per hour. The studio will close at 7-unless pre-arranged.
Once you have booked your pottery lesson you can book your wheel time on our website at $25 an hour. Everyone must take at least one class before booking open wheel time in order to learn how the studio works and provide the information you will need to make the most of your time.
Open-wheel time - $25/hour or Purchase a wheel six-pack, six hours of wheel time for $120
Class packs are available for 9 hours of instruction for $270
Twelve hours of instruction for $480
Private classes or Parties:
$50/hr - per person
$40/hr - parties of 5-10
